Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with the Chouinard Foundation, you must contact customer support by email orders@chouinardfoundation.org or by phone (626) 799-0826.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name and contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Return Policy

Every product you buy from the Chouinard Foundation comes with a 30 day limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that are defective, which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion).

For assistance or to exchange a defective product, please call the Chouinard Foundation at (626) 799-0826.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via Fed Ex within 4 business days. If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted by email within two business day with a time estimate of next availability. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.

Privacy Policy

Customer Privacy is important to the Chouinard Foundation. We keep all individual customer information confidential.

Names and other contact information will not be listed, published or shared outside the Chouinard Foundation without your permission.

Use of the Chouinard Foundation's Web Site Information

Except as otherwise indicated on this site, you may view, print, copy, and distribute documents on this site subject to the following terms and conditions:
